NUMERIUS FABIUS PICTOR, (126 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.806 grams), obv. Roma helmeted head right, R below chin, * behind, rev. The Flamen Quirinalis, Q. Fabius Victor seated to left, shield at side, [N.FABI] to right, PICTOR to left, ROMA in exergue, shield inscribed QVI/[RIN], (S.144, Cr.268/1b, Syd.517a, RSC Fabia 11). Grey patina, off centred reverse, very fine and rare.

Only 14 obverse dies was used for this coinage according to Crawford.
