CNUT, (1016-1035), silver penny, short cross type, issued 1029-1035/6, (1.06 grams), obv. CNV T RECX AN, bust with sceptre to left, rev. EDPIG ONN OCXN (Edwig of Oxford), with short cross voided, (S.1159, N.790, Br.4, BMC xvi). Toned, good very fine/extremely fine and very rare a reverse die apparently not in the BM or any SCBI's.
