BALBINUS, (A.D. 238), silver antoninianus, Rome mint, (3.994 grams), obv. IMP CAES D CAEL BALBINVS AVG, radiate draped and cuirassed bust to right of Balbinus, rev. CONCORDIA AVGG, clasped hands, (S.2394, RIC 10, RSC 3). Full flan, surface knocks, otherwise very fine and rare.
