NERVA, (A.D. 96-98), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 97, (3.340 grams), obv. laureate head of Nerva to right, around IMP NERVA CAES AVG P M TR P COS III P P, rev. around SALVS PVBLICA, Salus enthroned to left, holding corn ears, (S.3035, RIC 20, RSC 134). Very fine and scarce in this condition.

The Reka-Devnia hoard contained 323 denarii of Nerva but only 16 of this variety.
