NERVA, (A.D. 96-98), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 96, (3.306 grams), obv. laureate head of Nerva to right, around IMP NERVA CAES AVG P M TR P COS II P P, rev. around CONCORDIA EXERCITVVM two clasped hands holding a legionary eagle on a prow, (S.3021 [£365 EF], RIC 3, RSC 25, BMC 8). Nearly extremely fine and rare.

Ex Noble Numismatics Sale 76 (lot 3576). The Reka-Devnia (Marcianopolis) Hoard contained 81,044 silver coins including 323 of Nerva and 8 only of this variety.
