CARACALLA, (A.D. 198-217), silver denarius, issued 207, Rome mint, (3.680 grams), obv. laureate head to right of Caracalla, around ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, rev. Roma seated to left holding Palladium and sceptre, shield at side, around RESTITVTOR VRBIS, (S.6882, BMC 258, RIC 166, RSC 549). Round well centred flan, good very fine/very fine. $$ Ex Spink & Son, London, April 18, 1984.
