M. VOLTEIUS M.F., (c.78 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.658 grams), obv. bust of Attis or young Corybas to right, wearing laureate helmet, rev. Cybele seated in chariot to right drawn by two lions, uncertain letters above, M.VOLTEI. M.[F.] in exergue, (S.315 [£80 VF], Cr.385/4, Syd.777, B. Volteia 4). Slightly off centred, otherwise very fine and rare.

Only 68 obverse dies used on this type as calculated by Crawford.
