L. POMPONIUS CN.F., (118 B.C.), silver denarius, Narbo mint, (3.712 grams), obv. Roma helmeted head right, L. POMPONI CNF around, X behind, rev. Bituitus in biga to right, [L.LIC.]CN.DOM in exergue, (S.158, Cr.282/4, Syd.522). Serrated edge, off-centred, weak in places, otherwise nearly very fine.
