PAPHLAGONIA, Amastris, Plotina wife of Trajan, (c.A.D. 98-117), AE 26, (10.594 grams), obv. Plotina's draped bust to right, around **PLWTEINA QEA* CEBACTH, rev. female standing left with patera and sceptre, around AMACTPIAN**WN MHTROPOLEITWN*, (S.-, cf.Recueil 51a [p.173]). Light brown patina, nearly very fine/fine and extremely rare (noted as a footnote with variant legend in Waddington Recueil).
