CORINTHIA, Corinth, (345-307 B.C.), silver stater, (8.186 grams), obv. Pegasos flying to left, Q below, rev. head of Athena to left, wearing Corinthian helmet, below **D* I either side, Artemis running to left holding long torch, (cf.S.2631, Calciati 451, Ravel 1076). Weak in places and off centred on the obverse, otherwise good very fine and rare in this condition.

Ex Dr. Colin Burnside Collection, and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 66 (lot 3326).
