GORDIAN III, (A.D. 238-244), silver antoninianii, Rome mint, issued 241-3 obv. radiate bust right, around IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, rev. VIRTVTI AVGVSTI around, Hercules standing to right holding club on rock and lion skin, (S.2468, RIC 95, RSC 404). A few with green surface oxidation, otherwise nearly very fine - good very fine. (11)
