BURMA, standard weights of the Burmese kings, set of seven of the sacred 'Hantha bird' weights issued 1853-1878, weights 312, 168, 63, 30, 14, 6 and 2.5 grams corresponding to 20, 10, 5, 2, 1, 1/2 and 1/4 Kyats. (Robinson and Shaw, The Coins and Banknotes of Burma, Chapter 5, pp.31-4, M.2831-5). Fine - very fine. (7)

Robinson and Shaw in a table on p.34 show that the range of weights for each standard weight of the Hantha Bird type could vary by as much as 10% from high to low.
