MACEDON, Acanthus, (465-424 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (17.0 grams), obv. bull kneeling to left, attacked by lion to right on his back, A above, in exergue a floral motif, rev. quadripartite incuse square, (cf.S.1362, SNG Lockett 1283 [ similar dies], Desneux 90 [Pl.XIV but different dies]). Small test cut on obverse, good very fine/very fine and very rare, the dies apparently unpublished
