GALERIA VALERIA, second wife of Galerius, daughter of Diocletian, (A.D. 305-311), folles, issued Cyzicus mint in 308, (7.45 grams), obv. diademed and draped bust to right of Galeria Valeria, around GAL VAL ERIA AVG, rev. Venus standing to left holding apple, around VENERI V ICTRICI, in exergue MKD, (cf.S.3730, RIC 38). Extremely fine.
