VESPASIAN, (A.D. 69-79), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 70-72, (3.48 grams), obv. laureate head of Vespasian to right, around IMP CAES VESP AVG P M, rev. around TRI POT II COS III P P, Pax seated to left, holding branch and caduceus, (cf.S.780, RIC 39, RSC 566). Good very fine.
