REPUBLIC, Lucius Appuleius Saturninus, (c.104 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.93 grams), obv. helmeted head of Roma to left, rev. Saturn in quadriga to right, holding harpa in right hand, in exergue L SATVRN, (S.1-, Cr.317/3a, Syd.578). Toned, very fine.
