TITUS, (A.D. 79-81), imitative cast Paduan medal after Giovanni Cavino (1499-1570), of the sestertius of Judaea Capta type, obv. laureate head of emperor to left, rev. Judaea seated mourning to right, below palm tree, behind male captive standing to right, around him arms. (Lawrence 37, as RIC 93). Of fine style, nearly extremely fine.
