AWADH, Asaf-ud-Daula (A.H. 1189-1212, A.D. 1775-1797), in name of Shah Alam II, (A.H. 1173-1221, A.D. 1759-1806), Najibabad mint, rupee, obverse A.H. date [12]16, with regal year 43, obverse `min', rev. vertical fish, symbol instead of letter to r., of fish, (KM.116.8). Nearly extremely fine and very rare, variant apparently unpublished.
