MOGUL, Jahangir (A.H. 1014-1037), (A.D. 1605-1628), silver rupee, heavy issue (14.11 grams), Ahmadabad mint, regal year 4, (KM. 158.3). Good very fine and rare.

These heavy rupees are 25% overweight and have on the reverse a word (for this issue Inayat) which forms a couplet with obverse and reverse. The reverse word is also distinctive for each mint.
