SYRIA, Seleucid kingdom of Antiochus III, (223-187 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.99 grams), Antioch mint, obv. head of Antiochus III to r., with diademed, rev. Apollo seated to l., on omphalos, (Newell WSM 1116 (Pl.XXXI,15 this coin, Pozzi Colln. No.2955 (this coin), S.6935). Off centre on obverse and test cut on reverse, very fine and scarce.
