SICILY, Messana, (480-461 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (17.10 grams), obv. biga of mules walking to r. driven by charioteer holding goad, olive leaf in exergue, rev. hare running to r., legend around, (BMC 11, S.842). Nearly fine and scarce.
