MACEDON, Alexander III (the Great), tetradrachm, 336-323 B.C., Tarsus mint, issued 325-323 B.C., obv. head of Herakles to r., clad in lion's skin, rev. Zeus enthroned to l., plough to l. in field, (Price 3016, Muller 1280, cf.S.6713). Porous surface, small flan, otherwise fine.
