ONE POUND, Collins/Alen (1914) B No.237527B World War I emergency issue on E.S.& E. Bank form, Adelaide 1st Sept. 1894, issued October 1914, with type two superscription (R.19). Good fine and extremely rare, one of only three known with the BB serial series.
Ex Max Stern & Co. Sale, 17-18 November 1976 (lot 657) and Nicholson Collection (lot 1731).
