GREAT BRITAIN, period of Charles I, vellum obligation in English (3 lines Latin verso) dated June 2, 1646, between Samuel Westlie, John Winterfloud and wife Anne relating to a parcel of 3 acres of land in Thaxted, Essex. With some of the wax seal suspended and attached. Very good, scarce.
