BRITISH WEST INDIES, Windward and Leeward Islands, Treasury Bill £100 No.1096, Martinique 3rd April 1799 to John Paterson Esq., signed by actg. Commissory General, Windward & Leeward Islands John Glassard (?) Endorsed on back to J.P. Collin then to Mrs Esther Morris (Rhode Island), then to Stephen Dablois then to Messrs Joseph Antt & Son. Water stained with small piece torn out of bottom right edge otherwise fine and extremely rare.
