BOLIVIA, Philip II (1556-1598), silver cob eight reales, c.1590, Potosi mint, Assayer B?, obv. crowned arms, legend around PH..., rev. arms of Leon and Castile, no date, (cf.Calico 251). Large flat flan, trace of legend evident, as usually poorly struck for this period, otherwise nearly very fine.
