ITALY, Bruttium, Croton, (420-390 B.C.), silver stater, (7.55 grams), obv. eagle standing to left, on olive branch with open wings, rev. tripod-lebes with kneck and three handles, in field to right **D*, to left downwards KPO, (S.472, SNG ANS 365, BMC 79, Gale 50). Flan defect on reverse, good fine, scarce.
