ITALY, Bruttium, Croton (Kroton), (420-390 B.C.), silver stater or didrachm (7.75 grams), obv. eagle standing to left, on olive-branch, head raised and flapping its wings, rev. tripod-lebes with neck and three handles, fillet on tripod to right, KPO to left, in field to right **D*, (cf.S.472, SNG ANS 363). Very fine and rare.
