ITALY, Lucania, Thurium (Thourioi), (350-300 B.C.), silver stater, (7.5 grams), obv. head of Athena to right wearing crested Athenian helmet, ornamented with figure of Scylla, rev. bull butting to right, **[YO]URIWN above, tunny fish in exergue, with plain exergual line, (cf.S.442; SNG ANS 1003 [very similar dies]). Very fine and scarce.
