TEN DOLLARS, Fraser/Cole (1991) uncut blocks and pair as issued at the Coin Fairs in 1991, this pair issued at Hobart had by mistake Fraser Higgins signatures printed on the sheet, with relative official watermarked certificate from Note Printing Australia certifying to the contrary. The same serial number 600109 on all ten notes. Prefixes MGK/MGL (Hobart in May), MFS/MFT/MGB/MGC (Melbourne in July) and MGU/MGV/MHD/MHE (Sydney in November). In folders as issued uncirculated and only three sets as described above are known, excessively rare. (3).
