ELAGABALUS, (A.D. 218-222), silver denarius, Rome mint, undated issue, obv. laureate bust of Elagabalus draped to right, around IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, rev. around ANNONA AVGVSTI, Annona standing half left, holding two corn ears and rudder placed on globe, at side modius with corn ears, (S.-, RIC 59, C.13). Brilliant, extremely fine and rare in this condition.
