The Union Bank of Scotland, specimen twenty pounds, Glasgow/Edinburgh, printed on watermarked paper, 2nd April 1870, No. 99/039 A, 'Specimen' handwritten in ink twice on front of note, imprint of Perkins, Bacon & Co, London (PS.796, D.21). 38mm tear from top centre of note, otherwise very fine.
