MACEDON, Kingdom of, Perseus (179-168 B.C.), AE 17, (6.0 grams), obv. Perseus head to right with winged cap, rev. eagle, wings opened on thunderbolt, B [A] above, **P to left of eagle, (cf.S.6807, SNG Evelpides 1464, SNG Cop. 1275). Black patina, surface roughness, otherwise good very fine.
