Lieut. A.L.D.Taylor, No.3 Squadron (previously 2nd Pioneer Bn). Engineering draughtsman, born Williamstown (Melbourne) 1896 K.I.A. 20May1918 in France. With some research. See also, lot 496, Taylor and Jones flew together, Jones as pilot Taylor as observer. During an encounter with the enemy aircraft Capt Jones was wounded and Lieut Taylor was killed.
