Awarded in 1939 to Frank Victor Gordon Scholes, Medical Superintendent of the Infectious Diseases Hospital Fairfield, 1910-1948. Born in 1885 at Barnawartha, near Wodonga, educated at Grenville College Ballarat, University of Melbourne, Cambridge University, he was a member of various committees, died Melbourne, 1954. With research.
