Licence for the Temporary Occupation of Reserved Crown Land dated 12th January 1914, fee charged two dollars; Municipality of George Town, Penang building inspection certificate dated 16th April 1917; another dated 7th January 1920; money lenders promissory note dfor twenty five dollars dated 8th November 1937, with an interest rate of 24 per cent, with 5 cents Penang impressed duty and 5 cents brown Straits stamp affixed; The Municipality of George Town, Penang car registration tax receipt for fifteen dollars dated 21 July 1939.
