MOESIA SUPERIOR, Viminacium, Philip I, (244-249 A.D.), AE 30, (18.55 g), year 8 = 247 A.D., Obv. Philip I laureate bust, draped and cuirassed to right, around IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG, Rev. PMS C OL VIM, in exergue AN VIII, Moesia standing to left, between standing bull to right on her left and a lion standing left facing to right, (cf.S.3874, Varbanov 137, Pick AMNG 104). Fine/very fine with even dark patina. Scarce.
