ANZAC COMMEMORATIVE MEDALLION 1915, issued in 1967, in bronze (50x75mm) (C.1915/3), named to G.H.Proudman. Nearly uncirculated.

George Henry Proudman, cannot find his record of service in WWI however, he did serve in WWII attaining rank of Captain. On his WWII enlistment application he stated that he served in WWI for 3 years 285 days as Signalman with 17Bn. He was born at Sydney, NSW on 17Feb1898 therefore if he enlisted in 1914 he would only be 16 so perhaps he has joined under an assumed name.
