John Charles Hitchen, labourer, age 24, born at Melbourne, Victoria; Enl.06Jul1915 in 4th Reinforcements, 24 Bn; Emb.27Sep1915; suffered trench feet 25Nov1916; fined for AWL three times; RTA 03Jul1919; Disch.06Jan1920 as Medically Unfit (Trench Feet).
