SINGLES: British War Medal 1914-18. 1602 T-WO2 S.Griffith. 25Bn. A.I.F. Impressed as Griffiths but with S officially removed.; Victoria Cross replica medal; Jubilee Medal 1977 miniature. The ribbon attachment cross pin at the top of the suspender bar of the first medal is missing, otherwise good very fine - extremely fine, three single medals.

Sydney Griffith, age 24, butcher, born at Barcaldine, Qld; Enl.15May1915; twice wounded, 08Oct1915 at Gallipoli and 28Jun1916 in France; KIA 17Jul1918 in France; buried in field near Villers Bretonneux and later reburied in Crucifix Corner, British Cemetery near Villers Bretonneux.
