PHOCAS, (602-610), gold solidus, (4.46 g), struck at Constantinople mint, 10th Officina, issued 603-607, obv. crowned facing bust holding cross, DN FOCAS PERP AVC, rev. Angel facing left holding P headed cross, and globe supporting a cross, around VICTORIA AVCCI, CONOB in exergue, (S.618, DOC 5j, MIB 7). Nearly extremely fine and scarce.
