THRACE, Kings of, Seuthes III, (c.323-316 B.C.), AE 19 (3.04 grams), obv. laureate head of Zeus to right, rev. horseman to right, star below raised foreleg, above **SEUQOU*, (S.1725, Youroukova, 76 [p.182, 4 var., star below belly], SNG BM Black Sea 319 var. [altar below belly], SNG Stancomb 294 var., [star below belly]). Good very fine with a glossy deep green and soil patination.
