Isis standing to r., presenting corn-ears to Caracalla who stands l., in military dress, holding spear and trampling on crocodile, P M TR P XVIII COS IIII P R around, (not in S., RIC 257b). Possible trace of mount on edge, otherwise nearly very fine and very rare.
