ALESBURY, Francis Wheeler's, halfpenny, 1797, mule with Spence's shepherd reverse by Skidmore (D&H 10). Struck on thin flan with diagonally grained edge. Compressed flan crack from 11 o'clock to centre, two minor die breaks, light even brown good very fine and very rare.
