INDIA, Sungas (post Mauryan Empire) and other dynasties, (2nd-1st century B.C.) punch marked and struck copper coins, half. quarter and eighth karshapanas, many small rectangular coins, others mostly round, all with assorted marks, includes joined pairs (2), fragments (10), (cf.M.4365-4382, 4616, 4629ff.) (approx. 250); others 15th- 19th century state issues (67). Some with find oxidation attached, many worn, generally poor - fine, a study lot. (approx. 317)
