Kunjappa, a coffee house keeper to answer a claim against K. Gopala Nair. The plaintiff's claim is set out in writing on the back of the document. StampOffice, Penang meter five cent stamp cancel dated ?.XI 1944 and oval 'Dai Nippon Stamp Office Penang' ink rubber stamp dated 11 December 2604 top left corner; together with a request for a subpoena dated 16th February 2605 relating to the same case. Stamp Office, Penang meter twenty five cent stamp cancel dated 16/11/1945 and oval 'Dai Nippon Stamp Office Penang' ink rubber stamp dated 16 February 2605 top right corner. Scarce. Fine-very fine.
