SULTANS OF DELHI, Farid-ud-din Sher Shah Suri, (945-952 A.H., 1538-1545 A.D.), silver rupees, (10.42 and 11.16 grams), Jahanpanah mint type, Type A, dated 948, obv. three lines, (the Kalina), around (the four successors), rev. four lines (Sher Shah Sultan, May God Perpetuate his dominion and sovereignty, 948...); one with rotating wheel mint mark, (Rajgor 1689, Wright 1073, cf.1075, Hull 535, IMC 628, M.2637 and cf.2636). Good fine; very fine, both very scarce one a variant. (2)
