JULIA MAMAEA, mother of Severus Alexander, (A.D.222-235), silver denarius, Rome mint, (2.480 grams), obv. draped bust to right of Julia Mamaea, IVLIA MA MAEA AVG, rev. VESTA, Vesta standing to left, holding palladium and sceptre, (S.2314, RIC 360, RSC 81). Very fine.
