NORTHERN ARABIA FELIX, a contemporary Arabian imitation of the Athenian 5th century tetradrachm, silver tetradrachm, (15.100 grams), issue c.3rd century B.C., obv. crude head of Athena to right wearing ivy crested helmet, eye in profile, crescent on cheek, rev. owl standing to right, head facing, in erect posture, olive twig and crescent behind, to right, **AQE, (S.6130, BMC 1-2 [p.77], SNG ANS 1453-4, cf.Sv.Pl.111, 12-14). Fine/nearly extremely fine and scarce.
