MACEDON, Neapolis, (411-348 B.C.), silver hemidrachm, (1.748 grams), obv. Gorgon's head facing, with tongue protruding, rev. young female head (Artemis Parthenos) to right, head bound with cord, **NEOP* around, (S.1417 [£125], SNG cop. 227-8, BMC 17-22). Very fine/good fine and rare.
